Got to be YKK for me.I always have a problem closing any Ri-Ri zips that aren't brand new and now this has happened to my Lampo.Any tips to sort it would be appreciated as only making it worse at the mo'.
smidge wd40 on it .. not enough to stain , but enough to get it closing properly ..
Take it to Sketchley's.
Fuck me you'd do some serious damage if you ever got hold of the n/c winter surface jacket !!
No WD40 and no local Sketchleys. That reminds me though that a girl I used to know asked me how to spell WD40.Oh, and you should see the zip now - a lot worse than the pic above!

Ed I will change your status for you What the fuck have you done there my man, looks a mess and afraid I would be no help as I just yank and rag until things either rip, tear or come loose.
This is how close I am to fixing it now!
I actually threw a jacket away because I got that pissed off with trying to sort the fucking zip out.I wonder what the neighbours thought as I walked out the back door effing and blinding, then slamming a jacket into the bin!
some zips i swear are built to fall apart, 2 way zip on the tweed kasson is just dreadful
