Managed to nod off no problem but after a couple of hours woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. So I spent a couple of hours digging her in the ribs every time she made a noise.
The thought of visiting The Emirates on Sunday keeping you awake with worry Vasque.
Ha ha! Got a feeling it could be a cracking game actually
The way the Arse are playing at the moment I fear United will embarass us. No real leaders on pitch when Vermaelen is out and defending at times is comical.
Well, I tell them there's no problem Only solutions
My insomnia is quite odd, because it only happens on Sunday's. Don't know for the life of me know why, has been like it for 5 or so years now. Doctors think it's extremely strange; as all other nights my head will hit the pillow and I'll be out for the count.
Some say they've seen Angels - I've seen United - That's enough

do you have a lie in on sunday morning ? you might not be tired enough when you go to bed ?
oir just the thought of having to go back to work after the weekend
I used to suffer a lot but a few years ago stopped drinking tea or coffee after about lunchtime much better now the only time i struggle is Sunday nights working shift work don't help either.
Buy yourself some melatonin (legal stuff, it's a substance that your body makes to tell you the day is over and it's bedtime), and don't use any light-emitting devices such as mobile phones, TV's or computers an hour before you go to sleep, that should help a lot.
And if that doesn't work, get yourself some benzodiazepines or other sleepers, either from the doctor, or from your local 'night-pharmacist'.
