Lads, I thought my home town team played Brighton of the park last night and should of had this done in the 90 mins. At least they can concentrate in getting back to the football league were they belong!!!!

Agreed. I was proud watching that last night, we had our chances in extra time, but unfortunately didn't take them. I don't care about the shootout, it's pot luck, their penalties were spot on. We won that game as far as I'm concerned, onwards and upwards.

Watched the game and thought Wrexham murdered Brighton. Unlucky with that header in the last minute of extra time... Any other day and that would have gone in.
Shame they didn't get to play Newcastle, i'd have had a tenner on them to take them to a replay.

I was born and brought up in the town, left after I served my apprenticeship 20 years ago. Support, soft spot I would say. Its a hard industrial town which has seen it share of economic knocks over the years. A lot of new housing estates have popped up that mainly appeal to commuters to Chester, Liverpool and Manchester. Had a vey naughty mob in its time, no plans ever to go back and live there.
Shrewd move to have the game mid week, could have been very busy if it was a Saturday, ticketing has been a shambles with the dragons fans only given standing and a max of 900 tickets

Before last night I was very worried about our form. You can't go into the playoffs how we were recently playing, Mansfield and York would hammer us. You could still get in the play-offs, and we've lost last 2 home games (Forest Green and Alfreton) so you have a decent chance. Our mistake was selling our right back Obeng who was so quick, but the rb from swansea did well last night so am hoping for a good play offs.

I will be suprised if we get a result against you on saturday we've been shocking lately and we could of been 2 points off the play offs if Kidderminister didnt score 3 late goals on monday now were 5 points off with 3 games to go i can't see it happening tbh , You won't have to worry about Hearn either he's been shocking since he came back from injury
