6 of us want to go to the Brecon Beacons over May bank holiday. Can anyone recommend any particular villages or areas? Must have a few pubs nearby and good access to some decent paths.

We will go with the full intention of doing some cycling and walking, but probably end up sitting around drinking beer and doing bongs. Not often we get away from the WAGS
