My brother used to go out with a Japanese bird and would go to Kiraku on Uxbridge Road pretty regularly. I went there once and it was spot on, good value for money too. It was full of Japanese when I went so I guess that's a pretty good sign?
Think Ealing Common is the nearest station if memory serves me right.
Kikuchi, on hanway street which is a tiny back street behind Oxford street. I've got a feeling this could be exactly what you're looking for mate. The other good option is Ten Ten Tei on Brewer St., but trust me on this one, kikuchi is the best.
I walked past Kikuchi the other day mate and it does look decent, Plenty of places to go for a drink around there as well. Generally love Soho anyway so it's a winner.
The Arts and Theatre? It's a tenner in after 11 on the weekend but free any other time. Never had a bad night in there, in fact it's the only club I'll go in town.

I usually stick to the same pubs around there and i'm rarely about late evening but I'll take your advice and take her for a few cocktails.
It's true Steve. Uncooked fish are all homosexual. Hence the gradual depletion of the world's fish stocks. It is only the application of heat that can 'turn' them.
Dale, or 'Dave' as he's known this friends, is in fact as straight as they come. He's notorious for bothering the TV make-up girls, despite living with his wife and five kids in a quiet Berkshire village. Apparently he was told by his agent at an early stage that it would further his career to play the 'irritating homosexual man' type. Hence the act.
as I've said before , all these tv poofs are infact straight , and it's just a smoke screen to be able to fondle and see birds in the nuddie .. without getting in trouble ..
