Did 3 years of a 6 year sentance, which for death by dangerous driving is a fucking joke in itself.....was let free then snapped up by oldham, then notts county signed him, he scored one of the best goals ive seen live at a football game in semptember, absolutely stunning goal, although it does piss me off when fans sign cringeworthy chats at him and then he goes and scores a complete screamer like that....In a footballing sense he's a brilliant player at the level he's currently playing at.....But in every other sense he's a fucking moron.
I'll reserve judgement on his current charges until they're determined, but I'd echo what has already been said about given his history you would have thought he'd be walking on eggshells from now on.

He did mate and got 6 years for it, took him 36 hrs before he turned himself in, enough time for the drugs/alcohol to work out his system. About 12-18 months previous to that he knocked a cyclist off his bike, again he drove off and pulled into the nearest boozer and downed a couple of pints to 'calm his nerves'. Fair play to West Brom for ripping up his contract when he were sent down, Oldham should nver have given him another chance!
He has served his time for the crime he was found guilty of.
However....I was listening to local radio and a guy rang up who had recently been on one of the television's dating shows, he recounted how he had been in a city centre bar and Mr Hughes came up to him sayinmg he seen him on the show. He then proceeded to buy this guy as many drinks as possible. Now if I had drunkenly caused someone's death by dangerous driving I might think long and hard about being involved in alcohol or around it again, and encouraging another person to drunk as much as possible.
So having weighed the evidence up ....hang him high (if guilty)
Fuckin hate the murdering sex pest cunt. Always scores against Hartlepool too. Shame on Oldham and Notts C for giving him a second chance. He turned his back on his dying victim so the football world should have turned its back on him.
