'Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives' is the strangest film I've ever seen. Doesn't seem to be trying too hard to be strange either, which makes it more unusual imo. Though it's said too often of 'weird' films, this one actually would be really good to watch while partaking in substances.
