Aye. I don't tend to follow these kinds of stories, but case in point, I remember last Christmas that girl went missing and the media were all over it. At exactly the same time a young lad from Stockport went missing too - nothing in the nationals. It's all about selling stories, and a middle class pretty girl from the south is apparently more profitable than a working class male from the north west. Real shame.
