very happy with this appointmentjust what we need imo,best thing about it for me is he has no connection to leeds,not an ex player which in the main have never worked.knows his stuff,proven record getting teams up,and is a right annoying twat most dont like,will fit in perfect at elland road,just as we like it

fully agree with you. He comes across alright to me when ever i've seen him interviewed on the TV. Winds people up and gives 100% for his club.
