Not that I've seen mate, there's Veronica Guerin which is a true story about a journalist who was murdered by a Dublin gangster. I haven't seen it so can't say if it's any use or not

Yeah known of her as I've read quite a few books on irish underworld,the gangsters in dublin and Limerick can't have a very long life expectancy thats for sure!!!

There's surprisingly few films about any of it considering some of the stories and characters. Seems to be all over the place in the last few years, shootings more regular than ever.

It sounds from the books I've read it's more like fucking Albania!!!!

For me, Goodfellas will always be my best film of all time.

Loved the departed as well. Carlito's way?

As you can tell Gangsta films are my favourite with Mr Pacino, in my eyes, the best actor going... Followed by De Niro.

Would, Boys 'n' tha hood be classed as a gangsta film? Yet again a quality film.
