tried mine out to the shops earlier, comfy as....... cant see having to wear these fellas in. fit spot on and im fussy as fuck on shoes/trainers fitting properly.

difference between trainers and shoes mate, im the same. Used to buy adidas' in a 10 and occasionally an 11 but wear a 9 in most shoes

ha same here mate i got a bit paranoid but in my case it correlates with my running and cycling apparently from training your arches get stronger ie tighter and pulls back your big toe slightly.

Not sure where you found that info as always thought you feet got bigger as you aged. Seem to recall this is what the podiatrists (not sure if that's the right word) say - something about ligaments stretching and the bones becoming 'looser'.

You dowt my knowledge ha got in off runners world but as I'm a geek im still Subscribed to a few journal database from Uni and it's on a few journals I'll pm them If you fancy becoming suicidal.
