Been on nights last 2 nights and said to the mrs and girls lets get out and have some grun, normally its down the local indian or chinky restaurant but thought sod have a drive out to a country pub We had 10 oz steaks pepper sauce , mushrooms,chips,salad,peas,onion rings and bread roll with a pint of banks's mild ale poured by the the proper hand pump.. Bloody lovely it was, im gonna do it more often

Just got back from a pub meal myself for my younger brothers 18th Wasnt anything amazing but was nice enough, first time ive eat out in years and years besides take aways and when ive been abroad so was a nice change.
Nothing local near me is worth eating but just outside leicester in the villages there are some cracking eateries sunday lunch out is a cracker just expensive so gets limited to special occasions now was ok when they where small but bigger kids mean bigger bills:-(
