Couldn't imagine the amount some people must spend a month on cigs. I do it occasionally while out clubbing or having a drink in the pub, don't ever buy them, just have one if one of the lads offers me one. With 20 Mayfairs costing around £6.50, I have no idea how my student mates get the money from every few days, especially as some don't even have jobs

Fuck i remember a few years ago, we went camping and decided to get some fags to smoke whilst drinking some beers !! Anyway we only had about 3 quid left after buying said beers (getting a bloke to go in the shop for us ), and we sent him back in for some fags, sure we got 10 windsor blue. Grim.

Yep Gordon Brown single handedly caused an international banking crisis on a scale never seen before. Not like Britain's over reliance on unsustainable service/finance industries developed before they came into power
We are nearly bankrupt as the national debt is almost 900 billion and going up every day. I would say we are on the way if it isn't sorted out soon.
Manufacturing went because you could buy better quality and cheaper form abroad so what else do you do??? You go into something else which did make a lot of money. If they had looked after it properly it would not be the mess it is now. You blame the present government for what they left behind, how convenient.
