The thing with Young is he has a solid reputation now for diving and this will effect the referees decisions in the future. What goes around comes around and sooner or later he will be fouled in the box in some important game and the ref will fuck him right off. Hopefully. He is though doing what many others do every week which doesn't make it right but he isn't alone. Video evidence should be used for cheats and a Ban dished out afterwards.
