I think I ask this at least once a year

Any suggestions? I don't want cycle shoes as the biking is fairly basic and want the comfort when I'm walking.

I ideally wanted something that looked fairly smart and wouldn't look too out of place in a pub.

I've tried runners, gum soles and Tokio lo but none seem right. Superga seem ok for the ride but not good for the walking.

Thanks for the link. Some of them don't look that bad.

I ride a hybrid and not real mountain biking so don't want to look like I'm trying to hard (esp. as I put in minimal effort).

me personally wear on my bike new balance rc410's a flat sole good for grip as such also comfortable.cheap aswell around 40 notes may be even cheaper now..again for walking hikin new balance 710's .both durable for outward bounds sort of stuff..wear them alot for the work i do lasted me a good few years now ........

Popped into a local sports shop and they had these in - lucky it tried them on as I need a 12 when normally a 10 in NB?!?

Would have liked to buy local but at 20 quid cheaper on Amazon I'd be a fool to pay more IMO.
