ordered a pair of gazelle indoor(on sale by the way) for a mate. done the order etc, thursday, mate just rang up today to say theyve arrived and theyve only gone and charged his card full price. there not answering the phone to sort it out, and ive heard lads on here say there customer service is shite. they didnt even send an email invoice. piss poor if you ask me.

Agreed Kiosk-78 are shite - bought £340 quids worth of clobber from them last year through a 10% cashback deal with Quidco.
This happened last year - had this email from Quidco recently

Hi,

I am contacting you in regards to your outstanding cashback for Kiosk 78 which, as you know, has now been unresolved for some time.

We have been working with the affiliate network who process cashback for this retailer and unfortunately we have been left in a position where we have had no choice but to remove them from our site with immediate effect due to none payment.


Their affiliate network is working hard to obtain this on our behalf but I just wanted to advise you of the current situation. As soon as I have more news I will of course contact you again.

one question, if there that shit, why are they being advertised at the top of the home page. fuck them, especially if they arent giving a discount, and pissing people abotu.
