Its all very embaressing and shows the 2 of them up as real dinosaurs.
In saying that it was them coming up to Aberdeen handing out slaps to nomarks that probaly led to Aberdeen getting such a formidable firm up and running. They were nevr so keen to venture into the city once this happened and then started giving out 1k tickets when we went there. which all went to season ticket holders[meant no lads could attend in Glasgor from 1988 onwards]
In saying that they are two big clubs who usually serve up a gane worth watching
A pretty poor leaugue its the only Scottish game i will watch plenty of passion & incidents ,they both want but will never get in to the Premiership both teams have great support though,the reality is they need the Premiership more than it needs them.

that's true, but I'd say there are 5 spl clubs who'd be valid additions to the english league system. Hibs, hearts and aberdeen would all attract 16k+ even in league 1/the championship and with increased sponsorship revenue I don't see any reason why one of them couldnt give the likes of Wigan or WBA a run for their money - there's more in terms of history at any one of those three clubs IMO.
