new years day was the first one ive never drank in 20 years ,, loaded with the cold ,,,,,,, fucking nightmare,, didnt feel tired at all ,, never went tae bed till 4 ,, tossed and turned till 8 ,, sweating like a blind poof in a sausage factory, i had tae lie on 2 towels ,, couple of sudofed , then back tae bed ,,,, im a big drinker ,, but canny go on , if thats the state of ma body after one day off the drink

its the sweating and not getting tae sleep till half 5 ,, when im up at half 6 for work

so thats me,, nae drinking throe the week and not on a sunday either ,, well within moderation ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,start back work on thursday , so i need tae get settled intae a descent sleep pattern
