If i buy something on ebay and pay with paypal, but there is not enough funds in my paypal, will they automatically dip into my bank account?

For example, if i have no money in my paypal and buy soemthing for a tenner. Will the money just come off my bank acount then into my paypal and straight back out.

If you've got it linked/confirmed it should take the extra out of your account

They will just take it directly out off your bank account if you do not have funds in your paypal account.

Jack does the amount come straight out your account. I'm a bit worried that it won't and I'm going to be messing this seller around.

Yeah mate just took right out my bank account. Say it was £80. They took the £40 I had out my paypal and then £40 out of my bank account straight away.
