Just been to see my brother in law had a bad time over x mas without visits

But managed to keep my noise clean since !(avoided capture)

Never been in the nick. Weekend in the cells was enough to teach me not to get caught again.

Mate just got out said it was a piece of piss but was never going back. So its taught him a lesson.

Did a 4 that was 1997 never been back and never would, wouldnt say it was hard, but ruff being away from friends and loved ones for so long. Can see how many go in and out, when they have nothing on the out, think i was the heathiest i had ever been, no beer 3 meals a day, gym, but its all in your mind set, you choose your own path. Dont play with fire and you want get burnt. So it done me good i'd say.
