a MOT and tyre garage.....finer details still to be sorted but its with a very good mate, he already owns a tyre garage and offered me a share in this....its all ma savings but the cash is doing nothing so im going for this....hopefully it will provide a good second income...

Nice one! Sometimes you have to grasp the thistle (pun intended) and take a chance. At least it's a calculated risk. As others have said tyres and MOT's aren't exactly a fad. Just get some expert impartial advice and make sure everything is clear and planned should the very worst scenario happen.
