I watched a few lads @ work today putting fucking loads a salt on their food and it shocked me, I dont usually have any salt on anything. Dont see the point tbh, Any other salt lovers out there and if so explain why, caue to me it just makes things taste like shit....
Salt is IMO one of the most important things in the kitchen. Salt brings out the flavour in food, witch is why it's so important, and also why you should use salt in evertthing, also desserts ;)
personnaly i only put it on chips, but do use it in cooking. now pepper is a different matter that goes on nearly everything, have a m8 who's the same but he goes to far and puts it on salad
