Dandy Comic will soon be no longer available in a comic version available in Newsagents.
It will be offered as a digital version online.
Bit sad about this as I grew up reading the Dandy!!!

Me and my brother's used to get sent by our Grandma English comics maybe 3-4 times a year when we lived in Canada. It was always a big treat and we had friends in Canada who loved the whole style and art work of UK Comics. d

Haven't bought it in years, don't see me ever buying it for my kids. It wasn't actually funny was it?

I preferred Oink.

It was unique in its own way.

It was funny, allegedly, in the 30s.

Sums up society today, also grew up with this comic and couldn't see it being the same collecting electronic versions on a iPad.

I pad cost plus subscription fee!!
