Ordered a couple of Fleetwood Mac tickets through them this morning. After ordering I looked into the company on various sites and hear lots of horror stories about tickets not arriving or arriving at the 11th hour etc.

Just wandered if anyone off here had ever dealt with them?

bought my wife some Robbie Williams tickets for Milan at Christmas , they arrived about a week after I ordered them , used to use them a lot for Chelsea tickets , never had any issues , also pay with paypal so added safety ..
Always fine for me , will continue to use them ..

As said above ive bought off em loads of times never had a problem whatsoever.

I've used them once mate and had no problems, although I was lucky with the price. A day later the cheapest tickets were £100 more than I paid. I wouldn't use them again as in the main prices are scandalous, I remember reading about some venues rejecting tickets bought from Viagogo due to prices and principle.

Iv used them for buying tickets to go watch inter v juve in march . they quoted they'll send the tickets a 3-5 working days before the game I'll already be in Milan at this point. They're customer service is good replied back to me within 24 hours saying i can arrange an delivery to the hotel I am staying at. Soon see ...
