as some might know i gave her my tdi avant.. got a text today saying cant get up the drive, car just revving theres black stuff all over the drive, i think i have broke the car av had the car 5 years and its faultless, and drives superb so am fumming at this... my thinking is she has burnt the clutch.. got home from work, and had a look underneath, nothing leaking, drove it round the block, no problems or smells, so went and had a look on the drive, and its fuckin off the exhaust stupid fucking mare
Thankfully my girlfriend can't drive, but the mother revs the fuck out of her car all the time. I don't think she's ever found the 'bite'. She also had a brand new car a few months back, adamant it was creaking at random times whilst driving. She took it back into the garage she had it from and they couldn't find anything wrong. The bloke there checked her tyre pressures while she was waiting for the paperwork (tyre pressure had nothing to do with the checks they were doing to find out what the mysterious creak was). She drove away and it hasn't happened again. Tyre pressure. Bloody tyre pressue.
