TSB just sent me a questionnaire saying, I'm entitled to this etc anyone else in the same boat, asking some vague questions ??? Let me know if you have gone through the same palarva... Don't want to drop a bollock
It's asking about my employer , at the time of your policy ,would you have received any pay from either accident or sickness??or redundant or even death.????? Wtf.
At the point of sale did you have any means of making your repayments - in the event of death.???? Wtf
If your employer paid sick pay or if you had a decent redundancy scheme then technically the ppi sold to you could have been invalid as you had other means of settling the accounts should you have been sick/made redundant etc, if you didn't have either then stick to then advice above "you where told it was compulsory" good luck, hope you get £££
