My dads family all used to live in the Hounslow and Heston area....it's been going on for years. Think Hounslow council don't have the resources to check every single shed.

Was on dispatches a few years ago, they went inside a few of the sheds an interviewed the residents was rough as fuck. Worse living conditions than they have back home.
