Phil, download jungletrain fm I think its called, always pretty decent on there.
Ive got a couple of my own mixes you could have aswell, ranging from ragga jungle to music what sounds like a hoover! Also, remarc is always a good bet...
Reggae wise, just search for King Tubby or Pete Tosh and im sure something will come up.
