Unworn. I bought these ages ago from one of the New Balance factory shops. I haven't worn them, as they are too small for me. I would say they fit true to size.
Bear in mind that they are seconds, so you shouldn't expect them to be perfect. They are, however, perfectly wearable. They look fine and there is nothing wrong with the construction.
