Me, I'm going for Froome to win the Tour. The green jersey is gonna be the highlight of the Tour for me, with Sagan the man to beat, but with Cav reunited with Renshaw it's gonna be close.
Contador is looking strong again. must have found a new steak supply. Him or Froome to win yellow. can't really see anyone else doing it. Sagan i think will win green but not by as many points as last year. Fuck knows for KOM. Rolland? White jersey, Pinot or Bardet. I will be on Holme Moss(no, it's not a bag of weed) on sunday. Think sky made a big mistake not taking Wiggins but , he only has himself to blame.
Think it will be very close and could go down to the TT on the penultimate day imo.
Contador looked stronger at the Dauphine but Talansky jumped them both on that, I think Froome may just win his second but Richie Porte is gonna have to step up for me as he's not shown the same form this year so far.
Sagan for green for me, would love to see Cav but I think he'll target tomorrow and a few other stages primarily, OPQS have certainly got a strong team out but I reckon he's got his work cut out to win above 1-2 stages this year but hope I'm wrong. KOM haven't a clue, last time I looked I think our Spanish Steak friend was favourite!! , White I fancied Kwiatkowski a few weeks ago but not sure now.
Looking forward to it, was all booked into to Harrogate for tomorrow but that's turned out to be a nightmare so cancelled it and off to Manchester for weekend now, may try and get some of Stage 2 Sunday.
Hoping to ride Holme Moss later in summer as couldn't do it 2 weeks back when some of the lads went.
Sad not to see Wiggo but agree with Jase, come on Froomey!
going over to Leeds in the morning to see the grand depart then with a bit of luck off at 5am sunday morning to try and get some were near Holme moss...heading to some parking just outside meltham then weve a four /five mile hike to reach H.Moss... all the locals are on the make as well apparently local farmers are charging 150 quid a night to pitch a tent supply and demand I know but not a thing that happens a lot up our end ..skanking bastards!
Surprised he started today tbh after that tit cut him up yesterday. Certainly been unlucky to have two more today but conditions looked horrendous. I can't grasp why they would stick part of the Paris Roubaix ( cobbles ) in the stage tbh although there were far more crashes away from the cobbles, bet it was like riding on ice at times today. They certainly have some balls!
Nibali rode brilliantly yesterday. Whatever people think about him, that was some bike handling. Be interesting to see what Contador gets his team to do now. I loved that stage, although I do slightly agree about not putting a cobbled section in the tour. looks like Froome will now do the Vuelta. I wonder if Wiggins will be there?
