Aside from the gigs it is the best hotel in san antonio in terms of location/facilities/birds/pools e.t.c. Well the best I have come across anyway.
That DC10 wasn't open in 09 I don't think but it's all i ever hear about when Ibiza is brought up. What's it all about?
Never looked at the hotel in fairness, and can't knock the type of birds who go there ;-)
DC-10 is nuts, right by the airport and hot as fuck. The promoters who run it (circo loco) always seem to get the best djs in - guys like ricardo villalobos, jamie jones, dj sneak etc all play regularly - and the party's go on for ages. The crowd are animals, lots of people in fancy dress and very much and anything goes atmosphere. Basically if you like underground house/techno it's THE to go place IMO.
As you say it was closed in 2009, but they managed one party there during closing week, think it went on for over 30 hours.
Stop it, I'll be sitting watching thousands of youtube videos all day in excitement haha. Can't wait. Anywhere else I should try this year aside form the usual suspects.
fuck it, i think im gonna have to go to ibiza for the closing partie in september, after reading this i dont think i can stay away. Just thinking about being sat on the decking at the sunset strip with the lads having a bevvie and watching the sun go down with the chill out beats coming from del mar...perfik.

Not bothered what anyone says about the place now and I cant comment on what it was like in the 90s etc... as I'm too young, the place is awesome.
I've had some of the best nights ever in Ibiza and met some really cool/interesting people there as weel.
