Got some proper shite one's on my arm, including one with my ex's name I'm not sure they could be completely removed so a cover up would be my course of action, just need the existing ones faded.
Cover ups by a good tattooist are that good you can't see the shite underneath .. Bit pointless paying a lot to get removed, then pay for new tattoo work ..
I am having one removed at the minute. I go every 4-6 weeks. I was told they can remove the black outline no problem, it's red they have a problem with and i have some in mine. Imo it has faded a touch though. It helps if the tat is an old one due to the improvement in ink quality a few years ago.

Have a dated and faded football one on my leg I'd get covered if I could be arsed but not too bothered if I don't. have my name in old English on my back too but before they were called slag tags and tramp stamps, seemed like a good idea at the time

my mate has mayhem in old english on his back,, and it looks like mad hen i would love to start again but couldnt be arsed tbh, i need some work done but never get round to it
