Apologies to national and international Offhanders, another mini-meet on the cards for Sat 26th.
Said I'd meet Gelse before the Blades v Derby game for a few beers. Steve (SJH) might be able to join us. Could then meet after the match and head to Kelham Island or wherever people fancy. I know Ja and Wadey have expressed an interest. Anyone else coming along for the ride?
I will be in the Sheffield area for about 11/12ish. Wheres your normal watering hole before the match?
Last year we headed upto the Sheaf View in Heeley which had a good mix of both home and away fans, then made our way down London Road (Cremorne etc etc...)
Can definatly do Kelham Island after (Will need to drown my sorrows), but not all night im afraid, got work Sunday (Unless I can get out of it?)
Im sure Mark - cordsandcogule with be up for the crack aswell.
We normally drink in The Earl of Arundel, so not far from Sheaf View. Could easily head there and then down to Earl on route to the ground (the bar ladies are rotters and the beers shite but it's got a certain something about it)
It's my monthly beer pass so I'll be out for the duration
too much of a hike for ones self , i imagine ill be floating around in the clouds on the 26th one of lads birthdays, looking likely i could be spending a lot more time down your neck of the woods from the latter part of the year though!
reached for the secret too soon, cried for the moon.

Fucking hell, is the Earl still going? I Dj'd there a couple of times when they use to have the regular Jungle Nights on?
Sounds like a plan my man, but the shite beer is putting me off, but I spose Kelham Island will make up for that!
The Earl must of had a dozen different landlords while I've been living round here. It's still got a bit of an 'edge' about it, and is still putting on random nights

ive had an unconditional offer from one of the sheff uni's and its looking likely itl be my preference![/quote]
Nice. You'll stick out like a sore thumb, a well-dressed student is definitely a rare sight!
and G. You're going to have to stop with the Lily Allen pics, they're hindering my coursework progress

i think im going to have to get used to the idea that that will be the case in most areas, i was hoping there will be a few reasonable characters in the area,(hopefully more than the standard of 'characters' or lack off at hometown sunderland uni whilst i was there) but we shall have to see, whats the standard of fanny like too?

I'm part-time so have been going to Hallam once a week for last 3 years. I walk around thinking depraved thoughts with my mouth wide open in a stalker-type daze most of the time. I'm sure the birds get better and wear less every year...
We're not bad Only got a couple of months left. Which is why I'm sat on the computer on Valentines I did my first degree nearly a decade ago so not sure about accommodation now. I stopped at Bramall Lane Halls (of course) but there's a few of these all-in managed developments popping up, probably the way forward for first year. Are you going Hallam or Uni?
Yeah up for a few for this - i think about the last four or five times me and gelse have been out for this fixture it's ended up being a write off - remember walking up face down on my kitchen floor in the morning after that 4-2 the other year - I blame gelse for making down pints of Jaipur! Parents are coming up for this one so will have to be relatively civilised with them before match which should build up a nice thirst for after.
And on the subject of Sheffield student girls - I've recently moved back up broomhill way so get them all getting on my bus in the morning, brings a whole new meaning to the term 'morning glory'
