Haven't rode a bike for years...getting p*ssed off driving my shogun with just me in the motor, so grabbed my dads old bike and took to the road....very enjoyable, even rode it to the gym and back. Bought some lights for it today. Bike riding is the future...but my arse does hurt!

I went out on a 3 hour ride the other day and could hardly move next day, after pounding the gym too, Thom is your man, get some padded cycling skins
eases the pain or try some lube next time ;)

curiosity man ive got to look at threads to make sure they are suitable for you lot

My top tip of the day for cycling.......put a saddle on next time

Invest in a Gel saddle and wear proper cycling shorts with padding, eventually your arse will toughen up.
