I was told today ive got through to the final round of interviews for promotion i have a 50 /50 chance now of getting it, just got to prepare a presentation about uptime of 90% running of production and how i will achieve it . i then have to present it to CEO, managing director and several other managers.......31st march is the date so keeping my fingers crossed i can pull it off! just tell the company you are cutting all break times, stopping use of mobiles in work times, and banning newspapers, that ll impress them, although it wont work
