'to sir, with love' good film, and in many ways still applicable to the modern day. 'my name is khan' , dare i say it quite a heartfelt film , one or two unrealistic scenes, but i think it was probably intentional.
reached for the secret too soon, cried for the moon.
Rented Kill The Irishman yesterday, the true story of Robert Greene. Had really been looking forward to it, Val Kilmer and Christopher Walken, but sadly it was a tad shite. Didn't like the Irish love in, the lead bloke was irritating (Ray Stevenson?), then Vinnie Jones rocks up with the worst Irish accent you have ever heard. Me and the misses were laughing so much we had to rewind to try and make out what he was saying again. Film was slow and predictable and only made watchable by the odd cameo by actors that play gangsters in all similar movies and a fair few from Sopranos

It will give you a nibble on what the hell is out there little snippits so you can go on too watch those films too. Which is what a film studies course will be. Parts of it are mesmerising.
