got this message popping up at the bottom of my screen, still able to get on obviuosly, my antivirus says fully protected but this message wont go away, any idea how to get it off.

says. TCrdMain.exe can not start
file TCrdMain.exe is infected byW32/blaster.worm
please activate spyware protection to protect your computer.

guessing its wanting to fool me into activating something to get in?

cheers. i panicked and restored it back to the beginning. had most stuff stored on me dongle thing so havent really lost anything.
