Need to get to NHS walk in or emergency docs, effects can take 24 hours physically, can also suffer from delayed shock. Always helps if it effects your work too.
I had a crash a few years back and didn't do any of the above, just got on with things. Fuckin regret it!

I got £1100 when a woman drove into the back of me when I was waiting at a junction. I went to the doctors the day after to log the accident on my medical notes ,the insurance company sorted everything and after seeing an independent doctor to prove my claim I got the money.
Shame the way this country is going but my insurance went up just like everyone elses so fook em ill have a drink out of them My car is sitting on the drive bent up and it wasnt my fault and my lad shouldnt be thrown around through no fault of his own either At least my claim will be one of the few genuine ones and not set up like most of them-)
I got £1500 around 5 years ago, went to the hospital the same day of the accident and had to go for another medical a couple of months later, it took around a year to get the cheque I think, maybe even a bit longer.
