I've been known to like fiery food and without a doubt this is the finest hot sauce I've discovered.I'm even slathering it on cheese on toast.
Urge you to give it a try lads. You'll probably find some in your local Chinese grocery shop. Its been out for a good while here in the U.S.A. but I've only been on it for a year or so.The brand of Sriracha I favour is called Aroy D Foco but the Huy Fong at Amazon is very close.
Cholula is nice, found mostly in Mexican take out here. Its runnier than Sriracha and milder.Prefer it to Tabasco though. Sriracha is the closest stuff to the sauce you'd get with a kebab in the 80's (Dunno if its still the same with kebabs because I've not had one in about 17 years) .
I bought my dad a bottle of the Sriracha a few years back, he's one of those guys that prides himself on being able to heat very very hot food, and it beat him :D
reminds me of my holiday in cyprus where i asked for their hot chilli sauce on my chicken kebab, the waitor asked if i was sure etc. after a couple of bites i was downing all our drinks & a bottle of water we had in the beach bag!!! Fuck was it hot, lips went red!!!

It's an endorphin rush for some people. Your body gets used to it and you get a craving for it. I'm certainly nowhere near that stage but I do find it pleasurable to have a hot curry or to put hot sauce on almost anything. A Mexican I lived by a few years ago used to always bring back sweets with bits of chili in them, I thought he was nuts but after trying them I started to see the appeal
My mrs favourite hot sauce is when I've not emptied for 3 days and I leave a thick continuous stream straight across her face, I look at her when I do this and I see true beauty, simply more breathtaking than any hot sauce.
a love a nice hot sauce my favourite is a mexican brand that uses habnero peppers cant remember off the top of my head the name though, will give this stuff a go :)

Thy can always tell when one has had a good weekend
You hit my two favorites in the first two posted - Sriracha and Cholula - always keep a bottle in my fridge.
Here (Philly & probably surrounding areas) we probably have far more Mexican places than most of England - I've been in a few spots with more habanero hot sauce varieties than I've seen ketchups.
