No, he makes an attempt to keep the ball in play then spins to where it looks like the ball is going. Should he have helped her up? No, he wouldn't if it were a linesman so why would he with a lineswoman? Suppose it does seem a bit rude but never see the mail/sun etc take up the case for officials who are abused by players on a regular basis
First time i watched it i thought it was deliberate but when you look at it again as Sauzee says he manages to keep the ball in and then changes direction down the line to try and chase after it and keep it in and crashes into her. Maybe he should have apologised, but there wouldnt have been any fuss made over it if it was any other linesman.
This is starting to annoy me now. Kev had a terrible game in what was the biggest game of the season, his anger probably caused him to get away as soon as he could. I can guarantee he would have apologised to her at full-time, he's a top bloke.
The only two papers that started calling it sexist was The Sun and The Daily Mail. The Daily Mail then posted an article online saying how over the top the reaction has been and that it was obviously an accident.

Deliberate or not, whoever comes to think that this is sexist ,is a fool .imo
Kev is a decent guy, met him a couple of times. It won't have been on purpose. Could see it being on purpose with certain other players (like El Hadj Diouf), but not Kev.
Regardless of intention or gender, a quick sorry during or at least after the game would have been the decent thing to do. I read the club had come out to say there would be no apology as it is an admission of guilt?
