The thing about Marlon King is, he has had 2 chances, hes had 13 in fact. 13 convictions he has had, including bodily harm, possession of stolen goods, sexual assault and the rest. I just hope we don't sign this prick and he then goes and gets himself banged up again.

Chairmen/Managers of football clubs don't give a toss about the reputation of a club or its supporters views. If by signing a Lee Hughes or a Marlon King with a criminal record gets them promoted which in turn increases television and sponsor revenue . Look at Adrian Mutu who was banned for Cocaine, sacked by Chelsea then signed a massive contract in Italy he must have been laughing his socks off until Chelsea sued him. To be honest if Villa signed Marlon King and he scored the goals which got us into the Champions League I'd be ok with it.
Been a revelation since he has been at coventry. Apart from getting sent off twice! Think he owes the club a full season as they were the only ones prepared to give him yet another chance. He is 31 though so i think he will move on. Plenty at coventry did'nt want him but his performances on the pitch soon turned them around. Think that will be the same where ever he goes next. He will still be a cunt of a human being though.
