Top Gun for me.Loads of folks seem to rate it for that 80's blockbuster thing. Saw it in the 80's - hated it to death. Caught a few minutes of this horror last week-been feeling violated ever since.

I'd read the novel - Jackie Brown. Then got around to watching the film. In fairness the film is a close adaptation of the book..............or at least the parts included. They left major parts out. Including a major plot line.

I liked somewhere, from the director of lost in translation.
Maybe the book is better but the fact the film is a close adaptation doesn't really make it any better a film for me.
Morgan, great shout with Babel, could only be described as a shower of shite.
