Have you seen that strange bloke stood underneath it always fiddling with his trousers in his pockets - Thats me!

Took the Mrs out for Valentines to Fellacini's on ecky road a couple of years ago and Ms Ennis was sat at the next table.

Lets just say I did not get any action that night!

The 22-year-old from American Samoa - whose speciality is the shot put - took up a wild card entry for the Women's 100m at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin yesterday.

* Where was it stated that favourite mean't in attractiveness terms? For sheer tenacity and effort on the behalf of this athlete to compete in a competition far away from here normal discipline shows the spirit of a true athlete surely?
