21.5 p2p but fits a bit smaller when on in my opinion

i've photographed the marks on the hem. i'm fairly certain they'll come out and you cant even see it when the coat is zipped up. The material around the 'wind-stopper' cuff is damaged too but again, the cuff of the jacket comes over it so you can't see when on.

yes defiantly and yes loosley folded my man. The cuffs sit over the waterproofing on show in the pic, if that makes sense.

im sure Dundee lad on OSTI was looking for this in a Small!
