The reason you'll see 22 and 23 year olds play in the tournament is because they were under 21 when qualifying started and therefore remain eligible for the duration. Them's the rules!

Wales should have qualified. Whilst our first team is a shambles we have a cracking youth set-up. Shame UEFA shafted us.

Some good talented lads in Englands U21s but they are being coached by a football hoofing dinosaur.
