Stockholm is amazing and beautiful, if you go don't miss out on a football game, the culture is amazing and you're bound to be entertained. I've been to the AIK - Hammarby derby once and it's probably one of the best sports experiences I've ever had. If you're going south Helsingborg is a nice city as well, I've never been to Gothenburg but from what I have heard from friends and seen in pictures it looks like one of the most beautiful places in Europe.
And the girls are the worlds best.
The category of the prosumer commodity does not signify a democratization of the media towards participatory systems, but the total commodification of human creativity
What do you want to know mate? Im a swede. Stockholm bloke aswell.
Visiting Stockholm should be enough. Malmö is shit, only good thing is that Copenhagen is near. There are ofcourse nicer places in Sweden than Stockholm, but thats 60 km north from Stockholm and further up in the country, but there are absolutely nothing there for you if you're not into nature(fishing, hunting, walking etc). And yes, as said.. you should try to time a good match up in football - preferably when AIK or Djurgården plays(or if possible - the derby between these two.. but that aint until 19/9).
Went to copenhagen, malmo and stockholm year before last. Great cities but malmo is a lot smaller compared to the other two. You could try to visit gothenborg, but its also smaller and a bit out of the way. Would recommend just going to copenhagen and stockholm, skip malmo. Both are great in the summer and lots of things to see and do. Friendly people, beautiful girls.
Zitat von BDBJust don't ever go to Borlänge, been there once and it's boring.
The ONLY, and i mean absolutely ONLY, reason for visiting Borlänge is the festival Peace & Love that takes place 28th of june - 2nd july. A great city festival, probably Swedens best in every aspect, well worth a visit.
Love Sweden, the boilers just adore us English cunts, not one boiler i was with had any dangleberrys ( by that i mean all the cunts were nice and tucked in) very nice indeed.

Just felt like it was somewhere different for holiday instead of going for the sun and beach option, feel more up for walking around cities and being more cultural
If you could tell me about anything worth seeing or going to that would be appreciated... Thinking about september time

If you go in september make sure you time AIK - Djurgårdens IF(at 19th as said in earlier post). Thats culture at its best right there mate. Here's a short video from this years first derby. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21xuW7AnpfM
The band recorded a version of "Sweden" sung in Swedish and released this in Sweden. The song was inspired by Cornwell's PhD placement at Lund University in the mid 70s.
