I only like it in the military green, I think it makes it stand out more feature wise, plus this model is what Engineered Garments based the birdshooter on and I missed out on that in the green too, I would imagine it will be re-issued this A/W Steve in the same colour
I've had summer and winter Filson and they were both heavy still, obviously though the summer was lighter but in the waxed efforts they do it was still heavy, you might get away with that mate being light(ish) as it's just cotton but you can feel the quality in Filson by material and weight

I'm inclined to agree - Green looks better , gutted sold out over weekend , may wait see what winter range throws up ..
