I sold an iPhone on eBay last year, and recently had this guy email menwho I sold it to saying he has had problems with it and apple reckon its made with non-apple parts and he wants his money back, what the fuck? Absolute bullshit, anyone know what I should do? Cheers.
Does he think you've just rowed up the cut on a Spam tin? I wouldn't even waste my time replying to tell him to go forth and multiply! Delete the mail and any other he sends you.
Zitat von WhiteyI did tell him to fuck off. I'm hoping he's a chancer rather than a serial scammer itk with this kind of stuff.
Could even prove it was the same phone? Or as previously mentioned that he himself had had it repaired. he ain't got a leg to stand on which ever way he tries it.
Zitat von WhiteyHe's latest message is he's spoken to eBay and they have advised him to contact the old bill. Fking joke.
I would say he is trying it on. Fuck him. A year down the line and he comes the cunt. He could have done absolutely anything to the phone in that space of time including filling it with non standard parts. To me it would be up to him to prove that he has not done so and since he most likely can't fuck him right off.
I'm not really sure of all this pressure, I'm never gonna lose any of my old letters, 'Cause they'll stay with me, Until I can see that I'm no one
I think it's funny that the bloke thinks he can get something out of it......ha ha from experience iPhones i thought were pretty much a whole unit which can't really be repaired?!?! seeing as when mine broke apple just gave me a new one as they don't/can't repair individual parts really.
Never heard of this before anyway..........Doubt the old bill would be ineterested anyway.......too much fucking paper work and might miss out on issuing a few speeding fines....
