I'm going to head out on the bike for a few hours as it's a nice morning then might fire up the BBQ if it stays the same later.

Already been to the gym, possibly off on a bikeride later with my pal. Then I'll just kick back and wait for me Sunday Dinner to prepare itself

Went to Mass then home for a fry up.. Got back from Portugal with the family last night, so just chilling today. Got some Tv to catch up on, so i'll be mostly watching the Chicago Code and Le Tour. I'll probably end up reading the Girl Who Played With Fire for a bit as well, I'm not a massive reader but this book and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo have really grabbed me over the last week or so.
Nice Sunday chill out.

Have a lazy morning, go for a maccyds about 6ish, then go for a motorbike cruise at 8ish for a couple of hours.

pull myself together hopefully at somepoint. then probably head off to the gym in a few hours. fun and games n all that.

work this morning / early afternoon bit of tiling then got stuff to pack ready to post. then about 4of out on the piss and see a band in my local not sure whos on tbh

Chilled this morning bit of a lie in fucked off the early mornings at work last week

Watching bit T.V now off for a game of tennis at 4 should be fun and games as my legs are hanging of football during the week

All I've done so far is eat last night's takeaway curry and watch old simpsons which are classic. Now I'm going to do a session with the weights.

I battled a near physical hang over this morning. Then got the de-brief of the wife as I cant remember a fucking thing. App. I had my arse out for most of the night and used the word cunt a lot, loudly.

I then took the little one to toys R us and bought some guns - ace - then came home and cooked a chicken tikka massala and a chilli and ate the curry, the kids ate the chilli then watched Le Tour (what a crash) then laid on the sofa all afternoon/night and then came on here to catch up with all the shennigans of the weekend. I just had a cup of tea and a scone with jam and cream on. I'm going to bed now.
