boilers packed in and upstairs sinks not draining, looks as though my pipes are frozen solid. Any plumbers in the house got any advice for sorting it?

same's happened to a lass in our office, she chucked boiling water on them, now she's got water pissing out everywhere

gonna take the outside pipes to peices this afternoon should be fun and games up a ladder in the snow.
